Key for Business, our patented building access technology, supports Amazon Last Mile across the US. The team is actively seeking a highly motivated, multi-talented Business Development Representative, who is 'wired to sell,' passionate about marketing innovative technology, and thrives in a start-up can-do environment.
As a Business Development Representative, you will work closely with our Channel Partnership team to grow our Key for Business deployments in the multi-family housing sector. Your key responsibility will be to support our Channel Partners in marketing KfB installations without charge to their customers in the multi-tenant housing sectors. This will include explaining benefits of the KfB product, earning customer trust, and liaising closely with the Channel Partner team. The ideal candidate has strong business development and communication skills, a confident, experienced telephone manner, and knows how to close a deal. You are persistent, creative and results driven with a strong attention to detail. In addition, sound judgement and ability to earn trust are essential to success in this role.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Drive Channel Partners' customers adoption of Amazon Key for Business and maintain a robust on-going pipeline
* Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives
* Ensure customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to make it happen
* Technical, Organizational and Administration skills: utilize all tools to develop/initiate and track customer relationships, help manage Key for Business installation process, and monthly data reporting to customers

Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* 3+ years in business development or sales, including experience with warm-leads, and prospecting, qualifying and cold-calling companies.
* Experience building books of business to meet and exceed objectives
* Experience translating and executing strategic initiatives with operation plans.
