Allison+Partners is looking for a seasoned digital marketing specialist in New York to join its Marketing + Business Development team, which oversees the agency?s marketing communications efforts and helps drive business growth. In this in-house role, you will work with the team, senior leaders and specialists across the global network to develop digital solutions to meet brand objectives based on insight and data, create a steady drum beat of content that raises awareness for our offerings, thought leadership, and work with the goal of generating leads for the agency. The digital marketing specialist is responsible for managing all owned and social channels and driving strategies to help amplify our presence. As this is an in-house role, you will not work on client accounts. ? JOB SUMMARY ? Support on devising strategies to drive online engagement to A+P?s digital channels and platforms aligned to the business objectives and growth strategy Manage editorial calendar and pipeline of content; acting as point of contact for all digital platform and channel related requests Execute delivery of social media and website strategy for the company, including engagement across Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook Upload and format content and community management of internal employee assets and channels Utilize a range of techniques including SEM/SEO Manage the website CMS system and upload and format content to ensure that website maintenance best practice is always followed Technical and compliance updates, issues management and maintenance in partnership with external developer Track and analyze website analytics and manage content programming accordingly Manage consistency of A+P's tone of voice across all channels Keep abreast and implementing advancements in channels and platforms ? REQUIREMENTS ? Experience in a digital marketing/communications role, ideally within a professional service or b2b environment, delivering engagement strategies including SEM/SEO, social media, and web content creation, editing, and analytics and reporting Demonstrable passion and hunger to keep on top of social and digital trends and advancements Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy and best practices Experience with HubSpot or similar inbound marketing tool Ability to read and write basic HTML and experience in using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail, quality and aesthetic Excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfort working with and being managed by remote team members 4-year college degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, communications, or other related discipline * The salary listed in the header is an estimate based on salary data for similar jobs in the same area.
